The Allmand Parts Return Procedure
Standard Parts Return Policy:
1. A
complete list of parts, including part numbers, must be provided to Allmand
Bros., Inc. before any parts are returned.
2. A
Return Authorization will be issued for the parts that will be accepted.
3. Allmand
Bros., Inc. will make the final decision as to which parts are acceptable for
return.
4. All
parts returned with a corresponding invoice will be charged a 15% restocking
fee. Those parts returned without an invoice will be charged 20% restocking
fee.
5. Due
to almost certain freight damage, no painted sheet metal or metal parts will
be accepted for return.
6. All
parts must be shipped to Allmand Bros., Inc. PREPAID. And for your
protection…Insured.
